Weight: 238.8
BMI: 40.99
Well, I'm muddling through.
Last week I weighed in at 239.8, which means I lost exactly one pound this past week. I've been having a pretty rough time at work, to say the least. I've had a very mixed time with the diet, but I'm still managing to pull out more good days than bad ones.
Anyway, this is me checking in to say I'm alive, reasonably well, vaguely sticking with the plan, and will start regularly posting again as soon as I can. Here's to hoping things are better for the rest of you!

Hey, there! I'm rooting for you. Did you see that you're almost at a hundred followers? 99. I'd sign up twice if I could.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry work is being rough on you. To still pull out a weight loss despite the stresses of life is a victory.
Have a nice evening.
Hang in there, Hadley! At least the scale is moving down, even if less then you were hoping for. I can completely relate to a difficult time at work right now--that can really zap your motivation quick, but keep going because you are doing great and making progress!
ReplyDeleteHappy to see that your back. Good job on you weight.
ReplyDeleteHey Hadley - glad you checked in and hope things lighten up for you soon.

Yay for the loss! I hope that things get better for you, but just know that we're all here rooting for you! Stay strong!
ReplyDeleteYOu losing...stay positive.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait for your posts, however I don't have the faintest idea how you manage to write so good things regularly, because my schedule is killing me, I'm always knocked out when it comes to posting.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the loss, it's a LOSS :)
A pound is a pound. If you're having more good days then bad days you're doing great.
ReplyDeleteWaiting for the regular posts as well. Don't work too hard. Be good to yourself!
Having a rough week at work and still losing a pound is a good thing. Keep up what you are doing Hadley.
ReplyDeleteA pound down is better than 3 pounds up anytime. You're doing great.
ReplyDeleteOh Hadley... I was going to send the troops out for you!
ReplyDeleteHope things get easier for you here shortly!
A loss is a loss. I was worried that you had dropped of the face of the earth. :)
ReplyDeleteGlad to see you back. :)
Missing you, but understanding work issues.
ReplyDeleteI've been a slow loser off and on in this journey--it stinks, but it sure as heck beats gaining or staying the same!
Cheering you on!!!
Hang in there, Hadley! A pound is a pound!
ReplyDeleteA pound is a pound is a pound. And a pound during a time of stress and low motivation? It's like moving a mountain. I'm proud of you.
ReplyDeleteHang in there and STAY WITH US. I miss you!

chin up! remember... this too shall pass! and your doing great! so try to relax and you will be fine. Smile! XOXO!
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear from you! Missed ya! ;)
ReplyDeleteStay strong Hadley. In my unofficial opinion part of what you may be going through is that period of time that hits many, many dieters. You have lost a good amount of weight, and then you hit a mental roadblock.
ReplyDeleteI'd just encourage you to keep on trucking! You can do it!
I have missed you. Hope things are going better and that you get to post again soon!
ReplyDeleteThe numbers may be smaller than you want but they are still losses!!! Good stuff Hadley!
ReplyDeleteHave a great week sweetie,
Lynn
Hope you had a great week! ♥
ReplyDeleteHADLEYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY! COME BACK :(
ReplyDeleteGreat job on the loss.
